Job Descriptions:

- Keep administrative procedures and paperwork in order

- Ensure smooth flow of orders and deliveries as per customer requirement

- Ensure Company policy are met

- Daily routing sheets and weekly production reports

- Liaising in matters relating to QA procedures

- Able to perform In-coming, In-process and Final QC Inspections, as well as handle quality documentation

- Assist Manager in the management of complaints of any contentious issues relating to service quality

Requirements:

- CNC operating experience will be an advantage

- Familiarity with inspection of ferrous materials and heat treatment requirements is a plus

- Preferable with 2 – 3 years relevant manufacturing experience, especially from metalworking industry  

- Able to read blueprints and use simple measuring instruments

- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QMS is advantageous 

- Proven track record in the field of ISO accreditation

- Must have a complete understanding of Quality Assurance techniques and the ability to implement processes

- Inspection of In-House manufactured products to meet specification

- Inspect and evaluate purchased materials  

- Diploma in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Marine Engineering

- Mature, committed, able to work independently and show initiative

- Strong interpersonal relationship, good communications skills to lead a team is a prerequisite

- Proficient in MS Applications

- Excellent written / oral communications and presentation skills  

- Able to speak and understand English

- Preferably staying in west area

- Transport provided
