Job Description:

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing - Issued, amended & cancelled of purchase order
  • Schedule reply from supplier
  • Stock reservation, fulfill urgent shipment or ad-hoc request, parts substitution
  • Amended & cancelled of sales order
  • Handle schedule reply to customer service department on-time delivery, quality issues & purchase order control
  • Data analysis

 

 

Requirements:

  • ITEC/ NITEC/ O Level
  • Work experience
  • Easy going & Team player
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word & Excel  
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

 

Additional information:

  • Location near Jurong East MRT
  • 8.30am to 5.35pm
  • 5 days work week
  • 7 days company off day (per year)

Salary range: S$1,500 – S$1800
