Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support shipment activities with 3PL, forwarders and Customers when required
• Monitor and compile all associated Distribution Costs from 3PLs and Freight Forwarders
• Follow-up and ensure closure of feedback/complaints on freight issues (Damaged/Mis-routing etc)
• Support Sales/CS in meeting Export documentation requirements
• Support all Exceptional Distribution Cost requests
• Insurance requirements compilation and declaration
• Carry out projects for improvement under the direction of Senior Executive
• Maintain updated Freight Cost Database for various Sectors
• Maintain updated Distribution Cost Database for various Sectors
• Perform cost simulation as requested by Sales and/or Management
• Monitor and report on all Exceptional Distribution Costs (i.e. Hand-carry/Chartered Truck)
• Ensure DC KPI's and DC Sharepoint page updated
• Control and Monitor Freight Cost and Frequency Report

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma in freight & logistics management
• Min. 1 year relevant experience
• Analytical and meticulous team player
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Salary range $1,700 - $ 2,000
