You will work closely with the hiring managers on the staffing and recruitment needs. This includes coordination of interviews, salary benchmarking, monthly recruitment reports.

In addition, you will also drive recruitment-related projects on adhoc basis.

Pre-requisites

·         Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline

·         At least 2 years of solid experience in staffing and recruitment (preferable IT positions)

·         Experience in Recruitment Agency is an added advantage

·         Experience in managing high volume of vacancies
