You will work in a team and assist in the managing of a large high-rise complex with transportation facilities, retail and office setup. You will also participate in the planning and supervision of a comprehensive facility management programme, on top of your involvement in the overall maintenance of the building(s), technical inspections & audits, supervising contractors on project & rectification works, etc.

• Diploma in Building / REB / FMB / IBT / M & E or equivalent
• Fresh grad may consider
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Service orientated mindset
• Morning & Afternoon shifts are applicable – alternate Saturday / Sunday off
