Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to customers enquiries
  • Processing of policy renewal and follow up with customers on renewal
  • Processing of new insurance policy
  • Updating of policy renewals; Data Entry of  Receipts and Payments
  • Admin support to amend PowerPoint slides and EXCEL reports updates
  • To relief staff stationed at HDB Hub (Toa Payoh) during their absence. Overtime hours will be paid acdgly

 

Requirements:

  • "O" level, "A" Level, Diploma
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality
  • Able to interact at all levels
  • With 2 to 3 years of customer service and/or admin experience
  • With sales incentives after successfully closing a new sales
  • From insurance industry an added advantage
