Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior/ Property Manager, you will work in a team and will be involved in the supervision of Property Officers in the daily estate work. You are also required to establish rapport, work closely and participate in various meetings with the customers. In addition, you are required to assist the Senior/ Property Manager in management reporting as required by the customers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Facilities Management/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Min. 1 years’ experience in facilities and property management is preferred.
• A team player who with good interpersonal and organization skills
• Able to withstand pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends / public holidays
• Working location : Northeast

Working hours: 5.25-day (Alternate Saturday off)
